Wonderful

Hotel is located in an ideal location especially if arriving/departing via Shinkansen. Staff are extremely professional and courteous, they very kindly gave us a free upgrade as my wife and I visited as part of our honeymoon.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Nice stay at Hiroshima Station

Nice hotel right next Hiroshima Station, hence easy to get in and out when arriving at station as well as connecting to trams into central Hiroshima. Clean and reasonable sized room. Big new mall has opened next door with large variety of food court options.

Can be slightly confusing finding the hotel entrance, but easy once found, direct from station gates.

Location is excellent, right next to Hiroshima station. They are also accomodating to store our luggage a night before our stay, which was great. Bed was comfortable, just not enough pillows.

Great location for short trip via Shinkansen - tourist bus and airport transfer bus leaves from just outside. The buffet breakfast was great.

Location 10/10. Entry to hotel via train station or street. Hiroshima castle, Shukkeien Garden, and Peacepark are all walking distance. Very easy loop to walk. Miyajima Island is very easy to access from Hiroshima Station. Easy access to convenience stores. Tram access is right below the hotel, too. The hotel was fancy, great size room for Japan. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Buffet breakfast available with discount for guests. Will hold your bags pre check in.

We are staying here again next time too.

You know when you stay at a hotel and you just think 'yep, we are coming back to this one next time too' - for my family this is that hotel for Hiroshima and Miyajima. We really liked this hotel. The check-in was seamless, the staff lovely, and the room was decently sized for the three single beds in it. Walking to the nearby food, gardens, shops and tram is incredibly easy, not to mention the convenience of being right next to, and attached to, the Shinkansen and JR station. We will unquestionably stay here again when we come back to Hiroshima and Miyajima.

Lovely hotel that was conveniently located next to Hiroshima Station

Located right next to Hiroshima station with a connecting corridor. It was easy to find the hotel. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Toilet amenities were good. The hotel breakfast (not included) could be enjoyed at a discounted price and it was decent.

Nothing much. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Japan.
